New non-stipendiary role for Wyn Beynon

The revd Wyn BeynonThe Bishop of Worcester is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd Canon Wyn Beynon as part-time Interim Priest in Charge (non-stipendiary) of the benefice of Churchill-in-Halfshire w Blakedown & Broome and to be also part-time Interim Curate in Charge (non-stipendiary) (known as Associate Priest) in the parish of Belbroughton w Fairfield. 

This appointment is for three years.

Until his recent retirement, Wyn was Rector in the Wychbrooke Benefice.  He is married to Melissa, who is currently serving as Assistant Curate in the Halas Team in Halesowen.

Bishop Martin will license Wyn at 7pm on Wednesday 1 September at Holy Trinity Church, Belbroughton.

Two members of the congregation at Wolverley Church have redecorated the outside of the Church Hall as a service to the local community. Sam Neale and his friend Maff spent around three months improving the building which had fallen into considerable disrepair....
