The Bible says: ‘Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you’. Generosity is a willingness to give to others what is ours, this can be sacrificial giving of time, belongings or finances. Many toddlers willfind giving to others tricky. Yet older children can fully understand this concept and can be helped to pick up this idea when adults model it.
