Yesterday was a Christmassy celebration in East Vale and Avon churches.
During Advent this year, Mary and Joseph will be travelling around the Diocese as they journey towards the Cathedral for Christmas Eve.
A Christmas Tree Festival will shine a light on the creativity of the local community at historic Holt church next month.
We are planning a diocesan ‘posada’ during Advent this year with Mary, Joseph and the donkey travelling around to a different church in the diocese each day from 1 December.
In Autumn 2023 three churches in Worcester joined together to recruit a full-time Children and Young People Worker following a successful application to the Healthier Churches Fund. Helen Laird was appointed.
The 12 Anglican churches which make up the new Redditch Mission Area came together for the Make Christmas Special Toy Appeal 2023 providing Christmas gifts to 605 children.

A group chaired by Heather Prangley in the Kidderminster West Team Ministry has developed two new initiatives for residents across Kidderminster. The aims were to get people talking, hopefully make people smile and engage within their local community.

Groups of people in Malvern have knitted three Nativity sets to give to Care Homes this Christmas. They are about five or six inches high and were packed into shoe boxes for storage so they can be used from year to year.
