Introducing Beoley New Worshipping Community: Church at 4

Church @ 4 is a cafe style New Worshipping Community run by St Leonard’s Church in Beoley to the north-east of Redditch. It has been running since May and takes place monthly, at the YMCA Willow Trees Community Centre in Church Hill, Redditch.

Incorporating ‘Praying for Growth’ resources into morning worship

Rector of the Brierley Hill Team and Area Dean of Greater Dudley, David Hoskin, has adapted the liturgy used at the launch of ‘Praying for Growth’, turning it into a short service of the word which he has used at Christ Church, Quarry Bank.

National Church commits significant long-term funding to our diocese

The national church has agreed in principle to allocate significant funding to our diocese over the next seven years, investing in our plans to grow as Kingdom People and supporting the priorities agreed by the Diocesan Synod.

Joint service in Worcester

31st March 2025

The churches of St Stephen, St George and Claines in Worcester came together on Mothering Sunday for their first joint service, which also included the commissioning of their new Children, Youth and Families’ Minister, Heather Murphy.
