A service to celebrate Learning Disability Week was held at Cookley Sports Club on 22 June at 3pm in conjunction with St Peter’s Church. Cookley.
A new half-hour monthly act of worship is taking place at St Kenelm’s Church in Clifton-on-Teme, with people of all ages gathering outside for Welly Church!
The West Worcester Beacon Healthy & Sustainable Churches Team (HSCT) is seeking an experienced and flexible partner organisation to carry out effective community engagement work in new neighbourhoods in the benefice; and to lead a Comms Strategy Review for the benefice.
11 children from the Church of the Ascension CE Primary School in Wall Heath, Dudley have achieved the Archbishops’ Young Leaders Award. The children were presented with their certificates by Bishop Martin at a special collective worship in school.

Bishop Martin has announced the appointment of the Revd Chloë Hewett as Priest-in-Charge of Belbroughton with Fairfield, to be also Associate Priest of Chaddesley Corbett in the Kidderminster East Team.
At the recent Cathedral service celebrating smaller churches, all those present were asked to bring one word that described their church. These words were collected and have been turned into a word cloud which represents our smaller churches.
