Members of St James’ Church in Welland also joined the congregation in support of the candidate prepared through their church.

The Revd Sarah Carwardine said: “There was a wonderful sense of unity and of celebration as we all came together to celebrate 10 amazing people confirming their faith in Jesus. Everyone was absolutely delighted with how it went, and I was thrilled that we were able to host such a service at Claines. It was great to see the celebration continuing with much cake and fizz afterwards too!
