Bishop John’s Lent Appeal this year will be for the Friends of the Holy Land.
An award-winning film based on a book written by Bishop John's late wife Denise will get a special screening at Worcester Cathedral to commemorate the 10th anniversary of her death.
Malvern Link with Cowleigh has started an after-school club for local families in the hall at the Church of the Ascension. Parents with primary school age children can come along to the club, to do craft and games together and then have a hot meal.
Bishop John visited Hartlebury CE Primary School this week to bless their new reflection and prayer space which has been created by the pupils themselves.
Bishop Martin joined the congregation of St John’s Church in Kates Hill, Dudley last Sunday to bless their new community space.

To celebrate the feast of Christ the King, confirmations were held at the Cathedral last Sunday with people from parishes across the diocese being confirmed by Bishop John.
People from across the Diocese have received a certificate from Bishop Martin, marking the completion of a course designed to help them relate their Christian faith to their own life and locality.
