Schools visit Malvern Priory for 'Lifepath'.

At Great Malvern Priory last week over 600 children from 19 primary schools experienced ‘Lifepath’.  With one school travelling from Shropshire to take part!


Gifts for Perry Wood Primary School

Just before Easter, Holy Trinity and St Matthew’s Church in Ronkswood gave gifts to the children in Years 2 & 3 at Perry Wood Primary School.


School children encouraged to 'Gather' in church

Gather is a new partnership between a Church of England Primary School and their local church. It is a monthly act of worship immediately after school for children and their parents/ carers which uses elements with which the children will already be familiar from school.


Chaplaincy connecting schools & church

Experience Dudley at Top Church

Recently, over 330 children from Jesson’s CE Primary School visited Top Church for an ‘Experience Dudley’ week. The school’s entire Key Stage 2 visited the church over 4 days to learn about faith and the role of the church community throughout the town’s history.


Harvington CE School is a good global neighbour

Harvington CE First School, just outside of Evesham, has achieved a silver award from Christian Aid’s Global Neighbours Scheme.  The scheme celebrates schools that are helping pupils to learn about global poverty and the Christian responsibility to tackle it, motivating children to become good citizens and play their role in creating a fairer world.


St Matthias CE Primary helps with well dressing

Parishes across the Diocese working with Kirsty Pierson from iSingPOP this year, have reported how much this support has helped them reach new families and children. Following this the pilot has been extended to see how this initial success can be further embedded and built on.
