Wilden Primary rated 'Excellent' in its SIAMS inspection

Wilden All Saints Church ofEngland VC Primary school has been awarded an overall judgement of Excellentunder the new SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools)schedule.They are only one of twoschools to have been awarded this judgement in the Diocese of Worcester sincethe new schedule of inspections started in September 2018.

Headteacher Francesca Fishwicksaid: We are delighted that the way we live out our Christian Vision on adaily basis has been recognised in this way.It is the strength of our community of children, staff and governorswith the support of our families and friends of the school which makes Wilden atruly special place for us all to learn and grow together.

Wilden All Saints Church ofEngland VC Primary School will continue to deliver an education designed tomeet the needs of their children which fully embraces the schools richheritage whilst looking to provide for the future needs of the next generation.Their values led curriculum means thatchildren not only leave Wilden having reached their academic potential but alsowith a deep understanding of themselves as people in their community and widersociety.

Inspector Ann Stonewrote: The understanding by allstakeholders that the schools Christian vision and values are lived out dailymakes a truly transformational difference to the lives of pupils and adults.

This excellent SIAMS Inspection outcome further endorses thewonderful work at Wilden alongside their Outstanding Ofsted grade achieved in2014.
