Bishop John has blessed and dedicated the new organ at Pershore Abbey. The service of dedication came at the end of the parish’s ‘organ festival’ – a weekend full of concerts and activities to celebrate the new Ruffatti organ.
Ten candidates were ordained as Deacons on Sunday to serve in parishes across the Diocese. The candidates have been part of a new training pathway aimed at those who see their vocation as being non-stipendiary (voluntary) ministers to churches in their local area.
