Researching St John's War Memorial

Published: 29th June 2018

In the build up to the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War 1 St John in Bedwardine Church in Worcester is looking to identify as many people as possible who are listed on the War Memorial in the grounds of St John-in-Bedwardine. The website Roll of Honour has done a great job in identifying as many names as possible but since that research was carried out more information has become available and the website Remember the Fallen has identified most of the gaps in the list.

The Church would be delighted to speak to any living relatives of the people on this list, to involve them in their commemoration of the 100th Anniversary in November this year.

If you know anything about any of the names or are related to any of them then please get in touch with the church: 01905 420490 or office@stjohninbedwardine.co.uk.
