Remembrance Sunday from Worcester Cathedral

Watch this pre-recorded Service of Remembrance from Worcester Cathedral for Remembrance Sunday 2020.

In order to accommodate current Government guidance around social distancing and public worship, the service has been pre-recorded. The bellringers' footage is from 2018.

The service is conducted by the Dean of Worcester, the Very Reverend Peter Atkinson. The Dean is accompanied by the Bishop of Dudley, the Rt Revd Martin Gorick, who preaches the sermon. The Cathedral Choir provides music and the Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire, Lt Col Patrick Holcroft LVO OBE and other representatives from the City, County and Armed Forces, lay wreaths.

The Cathedral community warmly invites you to join us in remembering at home, perhaps lighting a candle, and pausing for the two minute silence at 11am.
