New Rector of Ribbesford w Bewdley & Dowles & Wribbenhall

Mel Beynon standing in front of an open door out onto a gardenBishop John has announced the appointment of the Revd Melissa Beynon as Rector of the benefice of Ribbesford w Bewdley & Dowles & Wribbenhall.

Mel is currently serving as Assistant Curate in the Halas Team Ministry in this Diocese.  She is married to Wyn, who is also a priest in the Diocese.  Before ordination, Mel worked as a midwife for almost twenty years in hospital and community.

Bishop Martin will license Mel on Sunday 2nd June at 4pm at St Anne, Bewdley.  

Please remember Mel and Wyn in your prayers as they prepare to move.
