Both Simon Hill, Programme Lead for Children and Young People and James Atkinson, Digital Media Adviser will be leaving the diocesan office team early in the new year.
Simon Hill
Simon, our Programme Lead for Children and Young People, will be moving on from his role at the end of January 2026.
Simon has been a part of the diocesan team for 12 years, serving faithfully in a variety of roles supporting children, young people and safeguarding. He will be moving on to take up a new role as Head of Children and Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Oxford.
James Atkinson
James will also be leaving the diocesan team and his role as Digital Media Adviser, looking after our website and social media channels and producing brilliant films and photography.
James has worked in the diocesan team for 11 years but has decided that it is now time to focus on his freelance videography business. He will leave us at the end of February.
We wish both Simon and James well in their new roles.
