15 people from parishes across the Diocese have started a new training course with the hope that many of them will be able to be ordained over the next couple of years.
Diocesan Secretary, John Preston, has announced that he will be moving on from the role later this year.
At the end of December, Bryan Allbut will stand down as Chair of the Diocesan Board of Education (DBE) after serving in this voluntary post for nearly seven years and being part of the DBE for ten years.
At its meeting in November, Diocesan Synod received a presentation setting out diocesan priorities over the next few years as we continue to grow as Kingdom People.
Jonathan Kimber has decided to move on from his role as Director of Ministry and Discipleship within the Diocese.

Stuart Ness leaves as our Registrar today. He has thanked Bishop John & all those who he has worked with during his time in the Diocese.
14 candidates were ordained over the weekend to serve in parishes across the Diocese.
Bishop John has appointed Kirsty Duxbury as the next Diocesan Registrar. She will take on the role from 25 July.
Ten new honorary Canons have been appointed at Worcester Cathedral in recognition of their work in both the Diocese and the wider Church. Appointments are made by the Bishop of Worcester in consultation with the Chapter of the Cathedral.
