New Vicar of Claines & St George's Church, Worcester

Sarah Carwardine talking at Top ChurchBishop John has announced the appointment of The Revd Sarah Carwardine as Priest in Charge of the Benefice of Claines St John the Baptist and the Benefice of Worcester St George with St Mary Magdalene.

Sarah is currently serving as Team Vicar in the Dudley Team Ministry.

Bishop Martin will license Sarah on Wednesday 5 June at 7pm at St George with St Mary Magdalene Church in Worcester.

Please remember Sarah in your prayers as she prepares to move.

Alison Maddocks, our Dean of Smaller Churches will retire at the end of May this year. Alison has worked in the role since the start of 2021, supporting those churches with an active membership of 20 or fewer.
