Mental Health Awareness Week

Clergy life is deeply rewarding, but it can also bring hidden challenges — isolation, loneliness, and heavy workloads.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're highlighting the importance of supporting the wellbeing of our clergy and their families.

In the Diocese of Worcester, we’re committed to helping ordained ministers flourish, guided by the Covenant for Clergy Care and Wellbeing. The Covenant for Clergy Care and Wellbeing was made an Act of Synod at the February 2020 Group of Sessions of the General Synod. The Covenant is the expressed view of the mind of the Church of England on issues relating to clergy care and wellbeing.
