When I saw the advert, it seemed like a great matchwith my skillset and Im really looking forward to using my experience to helpbring Gods Kingdom closer.
My role as an NHS Manager was all about encouraging peopleto achieve to their full potential. Im planning to bring this management styleto the role of Strategic Project Manager I wont be there to tell people whatto do, but to help enable different groups to work together in delivering theKingdom People vision. Itll be a bigchange from the NHS and at the start Ill be spending a lot of time listening, but Im really excited about moving into this new role and working with a widerange of people.
