Jon Evans to be Curate in Charge at St Michael, Norton

Jon EvansThe Bishop of Worcester is pleased to announce the appointment of The Revd Jonathan Evans as Curate in Charge in the Benefice of Norton and Wollaston with responsibility for St Michael, Norton, to become Priest in Charge of the Benefice of Norton and Wollaston with responsibility for St Michael, Norton once his curacy ends.

Jon is currently Assistant Curate in the Benefice of The Lye and Stambermill in this Diocese. He is married to Naomi, who is self-employed.  

Prior to ordination, Jon worked as a Store Supervisor for a small bakery after working as a Ministry Trainee and studying Accounting and Finance.

Bishop Martin will license Jon as Curate in Charge on Sunday 13 November at 4.00pm at St Michael, Norton.

Please remember Jon and Naomi in your prayers as they prepare to move.
