Happy 10th birthday to the toddler group in Webheath

the team in WebheathSet up by a handful of volunteers at the back of church, the group has gone from strength to strength, and the birthday celebration was attended by a dedicated group of mothers, grandmothers, child-minders, and foster parents.

Mums and babies at the groupJill Allbut is among the church members who help with the group she said: “We started after a simple enquiry from a young Mum at our Advent Fayre at the end of 2012 as to whether we had a baby group.

Enjoying some cake at webheathAt the start of 2013 we had gathered a few volunteers, begged and borrowed toys, organised cups of tea and coffee, re-arranged the church's chairs and St. Philip's BBT was launched! It was lovely to celebrate 10 years with cakes and balloons in our new community centre – many thanks to all those who have supported us over the years.”
