Bishop Martin presided at Holy Communion at Great Malvern Priory on Pentecost Sunday and even joined many of the congregation for the regular Priory lunch in the local pub.
In the grade 1 listed building, bubbles were used during the service to show the show the Holy Spirit arriving as a rushing wind and tongues of fire. The children, giggling with joy, sent streams of glistening bubbles over both the Bishop and the congregation with bubble guns, as they remembered that the Holy Spirit lives and works in us all today.
