St Andrew’s Church Netherton, with flexibility for remote work by agreement
Salary:
£18,850 with 5% pension contribution (£28,275 full time equivalent)
Hours:
25 hours per week to be worked flexibly
Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Churches Manager to join the team at Forge Churches Group. Working closely with our clergy, wardens, project staff and volunteers, you will help keep the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of church life running effectively so that our ministry can thrive.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and flexible 'can do' self-starter. We require strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills, along with clear written and verbal communication. You must be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have a proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. A basic understanding of UK Gift Aid processes, supporting fundraising , and an understanding of safeguarding and data privacy in a church context are also highly desirable.

This position is permanent, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
