Bishop Martin encourages us to use Lent as a time to reset and refocus on God through prayer, fasting, and acts of kindness. He suggests taking time to pray using the Daily Prayer app or Lectio 365, fasting by giving something up or taking a digital detox, and showing kindness by supporting our Lent Appeal for the Bible College in Morogoro, which funds scholarships for future church leaders.
