Welcome to the Property Team for the Diocese of Worcester. We are responsible for the stewardship and management of the WDBF’s property assets, including clergy housing, the diocesan office building, and the glebe land portfolio. As the first point of contact for all matters relating to clergy homes, we provide guidance and support to ensure that housing meets the needs of those in ministry. Our priority is to provide safe, secure, and energy-efficient homes for our clergy and their families, enabling them to serve their communities with confidence and stability.

The Property Team Office is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on a Friday. The office is closed at weekends, bank holidays, the day after a bank holiday and Christmas and Easter periods.
