Frameworks for understanding and action

This training consists of two sessions, a week apart. In the first, input is given by Nicky McGinty, an experienced leadership trainer, priest & coach. Nicky will share two frameworks which can act as simple but powerful tools, helping us make sense amidst complexity, and formulate appropriate responses for next steps. The second session, led by Alison Maddocks and Jonathan Kimber, will further develop how we might apply this material, and use it well in our local contexts.

This training was oversubscribed when it was offered last autumn, so we’re very pleased to be able to offer it again so promptly.

Dates:         Session 1 - Wednesday Feb 3, 10-12, with participants then coming to
                    Session 2 - Wednesday Feb 10, 2.30-4.
