Finance for non-Finance PCC Members

A chance for members of the PCC, who are not involved with the finances, to find out what they need to know about their church finances in order to ensure your trustee duties are fulfilled and help better plan for mission and ministry.

In this session we will be looking at what your responsibilities are with the finances as a PCC member. We will look at how to read accounts and interpret what they mean, why budgeting is important and how to do it, the different kinds of funds a PCC can hold, and look briefly at how we integrate this into our faith.
