The Examen - A Gift of St. Ignatius of Loyola

An evening of learning, reflection and sharing facilitated by Max and Cecilia Jourdier

Max and Cecilia will be sharing their understanding of The Examen, an ancient exercise or ‘tool’ for prayer and spiritual growth which has come down to us from the teaching of St. Ignatius. Many people find it a really helpful way of reflecting on their daily journey with God and dealing in a creative and faithful way with the sorrows and joys of our lives. Some have found it a very  important means of supporting their mental health. The evening will include a time for us all to pray the Examen and then reflect on that experience together.

There is no charge for attending, but we will be inviting donations towards the expenses of the session.
