This 4-day course, for Heads of School, Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads, will enable delegates to reflect on their varied and challenging roles and responsibilities.
In this session delegates will:

• explore leading a whole school improvement priority for implementation in their own schools

• reflect upon their own learning and development as a leader.
