Effective Leadership Church Schools for Deputy Heads Day 4

This 4-day course, for Heads of School, Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads, will enable delegates to reflect on their varied and challenging roles and responsibilities.

Theory of monitoring into practice, to include:
• lesson visits in a local Church of England school
• work scrutiny in a local Church of England school
• developing feedback based on improvement priorities.
