Day 2 Effective Leadership in a Church School Deputy Heads

This 4 day course for Heads of School, Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads will enable delegates to reflect on their varied and challenging roles and responsiblilities.  Delegates will explore leading a whole school improvement priority during which we will:

• identify a priority based on analysing assessment data
• use data analysis to create lines of enquiry
• plan and cost a school improvement priority as part of a school development plan
• identify actions to be undertaken
• investigate how these activities can be monitored
• measure the impact of actions taken.
