Open the Book: Core Training

OtB Core Training is for all new or potential Storytellers, or those who haven’t attended training before. This session will introduce you to the Open the Book ministry of storytelling in schools and explain all you need to know to enable you to be involved with this exciting project. By the end of the training you should feel equipped with all the knowledge you need to get started in an Open the Book team, including understanding how the programme and resources work, how to join up, how to deliver Open the Book assemblies, and to keep the children (and yourselves) safe whilst doing so.   

Meeting at 9.30am for a 10.00am start, the session will last for 3 hours. A sandwich lunch will be provided at the end of the session.
