Lifepath

Date and Time :
28th June 2025 - 9:30am - 3:00pm
For one week each June, local primary schools are invited to experience a day at Great Malvern Priory as we go back in time to 1085, when a monk called Aldwyn founded the Priory on the slopes of the Malvern Hills. Over 600 children are welcomed by more than 100 volunteers from all the local churches, to discover more about the history of the Priory and the life of the monks who worshipped and lived there. From cooking, to brass rubbing, mediaeval medicine (leeches - yuck!), to bell-ringing, spinning, the prayer journey and much more, a range of activities brings history to life.
