Members of the Diocesan Climate Crisis group are offering a chance for people across the Diocese to join a Lent group on Climate Justice and Discipleship which is being produced for the Diocese of London.
Following Jesus, responding to the climate and ecological emergency, and renewing our faith and discipleship aren’t rival projects. They may turn out to be the same thing. For Lent 2025, you are invited to reflect deeply on five significant moments in Jesus’ life and ministry. As we take this journey together, how might we encounter Christ through creation, pursue justice from within, and convert our fearful reactions into a loving response?
There are two options to get involved:
- Onsite: Wednesdays in Lent, 7.30pm for 7.45pm - 9pm at Holy Trinity Church in Malvern WR14 4LR led by Revd Sue Adeney & Revd Becky Elliott
- Online: Thursdays in Lent, 1.45pm - 2.45pm via Zoom led by David Hewlett (You will need to have watched the weekly Diocese of London talk on YouTube ahead of the meeting, available from 4pm on Wednesdays). We will link to them here when available.
