Free, printable Advent giveaway for children and families

Each year, Kidderminster West Team Ministry produce an Advent book to give to all the kids in their groups and services as a way of introducing them to Advent and Christmas, which they are happy to share with other churches.

This year’s booklet is: The Big Story of Christmas and is loosely based on the Jesse Tree.

It is suitable for varied ages:

• for little ones: Read each name, story and colour in the picture.
• for middle-sized ones: Add the doodle activity and scan the QR code for Christmas craft ideas.
• for older ones: Listen to the stories on the videos and look up the Bible verses to find out how all these stories point to Jesus.

The booklet can be used once a day like an Advent calendar or brought out whenever families need a little festive activity. Kidderminster West also use it to advertise all of their Christmas services.

Team Vicar, Laura Betson is happy to share The Big Story of Christmas with other parishes who might like a free, printable Advent giveaway for children and families.
