Once again this year Great Malvern Priory is running Lifepath from the 22 to 26 June.
Lifepath is run by over 100 volunteers from many churches in Malvern and further afield. It attracts hundreds of Primary School pupils from local schools, where children spend a day focusing upon the way in which Aldwyn established the Priory as a centre of prayer, worship, healing, hospitality, art and music, at the heart of life in Medieval Malvern.
We explore the way in which the lifestyle of the medieval monks was shaped by their Christian faith, as well as learning about how that same faith affects people’s ‘lifepath’ in 21st century Malvern. We do this through Activity Groups (including spinning shepherds and medieval medicine) as well as Collective Worship together with drama and singing.
