Community and Global Engagement are two particularly testing sections of the Eco-Church award scheme. This online workshop will look at how churches might engage with them on their Eco-Church journey. Those who can support or have made the journey to Gold will offer helpful encouragement and guidance. There will be plenty of opportunity to share good practice, identify stumbling blocks and offer suggestions to achieve success.
The session will be led by Revd Sue Adeney, who is the Diocesan Lead for Eco-Church, and has made the journey to Gold with Hanley Castle, which was the first church in our diocese to achieve their gold award.
