This session will take you through how to get started with the new Buildings Management Portal, running you through the full user journey including how to set up an account; view your existing/old applications; and how to make new applications including both List B and full Faculties.
We’ll be looking in more depth at what makes a good application and how to pull the necessary documents together, and how to get the most out of the system and understand how it works. Even if you have attended Faculty training in the last year, you’ll likely find this session helpful as it will be weighted more heavily towards the process of making applications, rather than Faculty Rules (though this will be covered briefly as a refresher). Whether you have yet to register for the new system or have already started using it but would benefit from a few pointers, this is an opportunity to get more familiar with it in a supportive environment where you can ask questions in real time.
