The Revd Claire Lording, said:The children will lead the service and help us to remember different aspectsof what Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day are all about. There is somethingvery moving about people of different generations remembering together.

On Remembrance Sunday itself, the Abbey will host the annual Civic Remembrance Service, which is always verywell supported, with churches joining together with civic and communityrepresentatives. A representative from the Canada High Commission will also bepresent at the service, to remember the Canadian airmen who served in Pershoreand Defford during the Second World War.
