Eco Church success
Published: 20th October 2022Congratulations to the Kidderminster West Team and also All Saints, Bromsgrove for recently achieving Eco Church Awards. All Saints in Bromsgrove along with St John’s and Holy Innocents Churches in Kidderminster have achieved their bronze award with St Peter’s Church in Kidderminster achieving silver.
Harvington CE School is a good global neighbour
Published: 18th October 2022Harvington CE First School, just outside of Evesham, has achieved a silver award from Christian Aid’s Global Neighbours Scheme. The scheme celebrates schools that are helping pupils to learn about global poverty and the Christian responsibility to tackle it, motivating children to become good citizens and play their role in creating a fairer world.
CoE Route map to Net Carbon Zero

Bookkeeping service for parishes

The finance team at the diocesan office now offers a bookkeeping service for parishes. It is hoped that this will be particularly useful for those churches who have treasurers wishing to retire or inexperienced treasurers who might need some support taking on the role, particularly with the legal aspects.
