St Mary's serves the village of Elmley Castle at the foot of Bredon Hill.

We are currently in an interregnum, for any queries please contact the Parish Secretary on 01386 710394 or via email - rectoryoffice@btopenworld.com. Pastoral responsibility for St Mary's currently lies with the vicar of Eckington, the Reverend Allison Davies.

If you have a specific query about baptisms, weddings or funerals please contact the Administrative Coordinator for the Bredon Hill Group, Alison Khan on 07984 748059 or at acbhteam@gmail.com.

With the government's announcement of a third National Lockdown; church wardens have agreed with Reverend Allison that there will be a suspension of public worship in all the churches within the Bredon Hill Group. This is a decision which has not been taken lightly but given the age of the congregation in our churches, the speed in which the new strain of the virus can be transmitted; the welfare of the clergy members taking our services and the requirement not to travel beyond our villages it was agreed that this was the best cause of action. This decision will be reviewed at the end of January.

In the meantime a mixture of Morning Prayer via Zoom and YouTube recorded services will be provided. Details of our services can be found on the Services and Events page.

Please note that due to an issue with the boiler, St Mary's is currently not opening for private prayer.
